The position reports directly to the Director on a daily basis, and performs a full range of duties, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development: 1.      Assist with the development of company’s core business in quantity and quality 2.      Provide customer relationship management including but not limited to relationship development and care 3.      Develop network of potential customers and partners to enhance customer database and expand core of business 4.      Carry out market research as required and analyse research data for company benchmarking 5.      Assist with strategy and marketing plan development to engage business internationally 6.      Arrange meetings and visit customers to conduct presentation about Company’s services 7.      Develop marketing materials and other marketing tools to promote Company’s services and brands 8.      Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them as appropriate when requested 9.      Seek, identify and promote strategies and events to help build the brand and raise customers’ awareness of the Company’s services Commercial: 10.  Develop business proposal and commercial package as required 11.  Develop and consolidate external submission package or documents which are not limited to market survey, pre-qualification and ITB 12.  Seek proper partners, assist with the development of supplier network; maintain relationship with suppliers, subcontractors and partners 13.  Negotiates the input price as well as the contractual terms and finalizes details of the contract with subcontractors/partners Executive/Administrative Support: 14.  Conduct research and assist the Director with special projects as requested 15.  Handle all confidential information in a professional and discrete manner 16.  Support Company’s events and functions activities 17.  Work independently to ensure services are delivered to clients to a high standard 18.  Be available to meet & greet customers, partners and any guests visiting the Company, especially non-English speaking visitors; conducting Presentation as required 19.  Other duties as identified by the Director and Board of Director.

Educational requirements:

·         Strong interpersonal skills·         Excellent communication skills ·         Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (advanced English) ·         Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power   Point) ·         Proficient in the use of internet for research. ·         Initiative ·         Able to collaborate and network across many departments ·         Outgoing personalities ·         Ability to learn quickly and develop a good understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry ·         Strong prospecting skills and extensive customer facing experience ·         Sound commercial aptitude with a result oriented approach to work ·         Must be well organized and demonstrate good attention to detail ·         Must be self-motivated and able to work under extreme pressure and minimal supervision ·         Must be task oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities ·         Must be able to travel extensively in Vietnam and overseas ·         Flexibility for overtime

Experience requirements:

At least two years of relevant experience (preferably international organization) Oil & Gas experience is a plus but not compulsory for the position

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/English/Economics/International Relations/Marketing or related field. ·         Master degree is a plus
